| XMFanStore Return PolicyAny non-opened products may be returned for full credit within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been opened may only be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all products must be handled by the manufacturer's warranty. Products in which UPC barcodes have been removed from packaging cannot be accepted for store credit or refund. All items must be returned in original product packaging. Returned orders must have an RMA number, which can be obtained by calling our toll-free number. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any packages in which delivery is refused will be deducted the amount of original shipment, return shipment, and UPS Refuse Delivery fees from the original transaction amount.
